    I was going to give them 4 for not having a better selection of fresh fish but nah. They are delicious and the Salmon Bento is my favorite!  Very clean restroom and the Chef and staff are super nice, very polite and make you feel at home. I just wish they would open more restaurants all over LA.

    Yeah- don't come here.
    Took a chance despite Yelp reviews and wish I hadn't.
    Had bento box- flavorless chicken, no texture. Just blah.
    Miso soup- blah

    Really wish I would have gone somewhere else.

    Found a 5 inch strand of white hair in my California roll.
    The order took 15 minutes to make, too.
    Everybody looks terribly sad inside.

    I've been coming here since they opened and have never had a problem before. Today I ordered food mentioned I had been over charged. She then tells me the correct price. I let her know that I came two weeks ago I was charged me 5.50 she ignored it and said well it's 6.99 no apology nothing. Then she tells me the miso isn't included when I always get one every time I come. I completely understand if things change it's a business however make sure everyone that works there is aware of the changes so things like this don't happen and don't asume I don't understand your language and talk about me to your fellow coworker. Don't be rude. Customer service especially when the customer isn't being rude.

    This place is sad. Store unkept and the staff too. Food did not look like the menu photo and roll was overly sweet. Please give the place a revamp with a new menu, renovation and perhaps employee aprons...it's clearly been forsaken and left in the eighties.
